•Develop Market-Specific Campaigns: Create and localize campaigns, messaging, and materials for assigned markets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•Partner Cross-functionally with Network Development Leadership to Develop Strategic ABM Tactics: Execute targeted account-based marketing strategies with regional stakeholders.
•Market Engagement & Lead Generation: Build relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and medical societies to drive lead generation and value-based care awareness.
•Analytics, Reporting & Process: Measure field marketing impact with KPIs, refine campaigns, and mentor junior staff.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.
•8+ years of experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, event marketing or experiential marketing, preferably within healthcare or a health system.
•Willingness to travel frequently within the designated state(s) and occasionally nationally for conferences, events, and meetings (approximately 35%).
•2+ years of experience with marketing automation technology, preferably Hubspot.
•Experience engaging with executive-level leaders, including physicians and healthcare decision-makers.
