Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end OTC business processes spanning receiving/process sales through fulfillment and invoicing for goods/services.
  • •Create, edit, manage, and validate OTC internal and customer data and system documents with accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Verify and reconcile required billing documents against received sales orders and ensure invoices are generated per policy/procedure.
  • •Coordinate with sales order teams to overcome disconnects or missing information and manage billing request closures.
  • •Verify service delivery against agreed SLAs, resolve disputes/queries, and recommend process and automation improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate (preferably B. Com).
  • •2–6 years of experience.
  • •Experience in Order To Cash (sales order, billing, and dispute management).
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP and/or Salesforce and SAP S4 is preferred/added advantage.
  • •Ability to reconcile/verify required documents for billing and coordinate to resolve missing information or disconnects.
