Job Summary

Build and standardize scalable reporting, planning, and process excellence capabilities for Group Business Finance & Strategy. Own end-to-end monthly and quarterly reporting, headcount and opex budget vs. actual analysis, and forward-looking forecast cycles. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting packages for Group Business Finance & Strategy, including headcount actuals, opex budget vs. actual, forecast variance commentary, and trend analysis.
•Design, build, and maintain standardized dashboards and data packs that provide an audit-ready view of financial and workforce health across planning organizations, cost centers, functions, and geographies.
•Establish a single source of truth for Group Business F&S data by driving cross-system integrity across Workday, planning systems, and Oracle with defined data quality standards.
•Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting by maintaining and updating financial and headcount models in Anaplan (or equivalent) and building bottoms-up forecast inputs.
•Lead documentation and standardization of reporting and planning processes (SOPs, data dictionaries, and playbooks) and drive automation initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve output quality.

Key Requirements

•7–14 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis with hands-on work across financial reporting, planning, and process standardization.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
•Strong FP&A fundamentals including ownership of reporting cycles, financial model building/maintenance, and budget and forecast management.
•Proven ability to build and standardize reporting processes, bringing structure, consistency, and automation to manual or fragmented workflows.
•Experience with headcount reporting and workforce analytics, including enterprise planning systems such as Anaplan (Workday knowledge is a plus).
