Lead and coach a team of AML analysts focused on monitoring and investigating fiat and cryptocurrency transactions. You’ll oversee complex investigations, ensure adherence to AML policies and regulatory standards, and drive operational excellence using metrics and trend analysis. Serve as a financial crime subject-matter expert, stay current on AML typologies and regulatory changes, and support the team with blockchain analytics tools while improving alerts, casework, and risk strategy.

•Lead and develop a team of AML analysts through coaching, 1:1s, feedback, and career conversations.
•Set expectations and prioritize work by communicating team/company goals and adapting to shifting priorities.
•Review and approve high-priority or complex AML investigations, ensuring policy and regulatory adherence.
•Monitor operational metrics (case turnaround, QA scores), analyze trends, and address process/workflow gaps.
•Use and help train the team on blockchain analytics tools, support escalations, and act as a financial crime subject-matter expert.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 89,600 - 112,000 annually

•Direct experience conducting investigations and preparing/reviewing STRs, LVCTR, and EFTRs.
•Strong operational rigor, including meeting SLAs and overseeing QA.
