Key Responsibilities

•Support investment accounting and reporting on US GAAP, US Statutory and Bermuda Statutory bases for Athene USA
•Prepare quarterly and annual reporting for consolidated US GAAP (10-Q/10-K) and unconsolidated US Statutory filings (footnotes and investment schedules)
•Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations of investment data to GL for applicable bases of accounting
•Review investment portfolio activity in the ePAM accounting system using ARCHIE data warehouse and reporter
•Prepare and post journal entries as needed within the close and reconciliation process

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•2-5 years of accounting or analysis experience
•Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
•Experience preparing and presenting financial reports is strongly desired
•Knowledge of GAAP and Statutory financial accounting regulations preferred
