Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep the clinic running smoothly by providing fast, accurate, and professional clerical and administrative support to health staff and patients.
  • •Manage electronic and hard copy health records and data in accordance with Defence policies, privacy requirements, and compliance standards.
  • •Coordinate appointments and liaise with internal and external health service providers to support continuity of care and timely access to patient information.
  • •Prepare reports, update health and personnel management systems, and assist with auditing activities to support operational and compliance requirements.
  • •Support day-to-day clinic operations through filing, mail distribution, photocopying, ordering stationery and stores, and processing supply requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of full-time (or part-time equivalent) experience in an administrative role; medical setting highly desirable.

  • •Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • •Sound computer literacy, with experience using electronic health record systems highly regarded.
