Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive maintenance including inspections, lubrication, fluid changes, and equipment testing to prevent failures.
•Troubleshoot malfunctions, rebuild pumps, replace impellers and seals, and repair underground pipes or electrical controls.
•Clean sewer lines, remove blockages, and operate equipment like JT flushers to maintain wastewater flow.
•Service physical structures, tanks, valves, grit chambers, and UV disinfection systems used throughout the wastewater treatment process.
•Communicate with production management and personnel to diagnose problems and determine potential mechanical issues; complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required (technical school preferred)
•1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience
•Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment
•General mathematics ability and reading/interpreting documents and drawings
•Must be able to work assigned days/shifts (including some weekends)
