Job Summary

Lead a team of Client Delivery Managers in Luxembourg and ensure end-to-end delivery of managed services for assigned clients. Drive operational excellence by monitoring SLA/KPI and contractual commitments, serving as the primary escalation point, and implementing corrective actions. Develop strong client relationships, run steering committees and service reviews, and present performance reporting with improvement plans. Support team growth and collaborate with technical and governance stakeholders, including financial performance and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise end-to-end delivery of managed services for assigned clients and ensure SLA/KPI and contractual commitments are met.
•Act as the primary escalation point for major incidents and support corrective actions based on operational performance analysis.
•Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including running steering committees and service reviews.
•Lead, coach, and upskill a team of Client Delivery Managers while fostering a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement.
•Ensure operational excellence by adhering to internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements; support financial planning and cost optimization with the director.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
•At least 8 years of experience managing IT services, client relationship management, or Managed Services environments.
•Proven experience managing clients and delivering high-value IT services.
•Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL or equivalent).
•Fluency in French and English; management experience is strongly desired.
