Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Personalization

Build and improve personalization machine learning models powering Spotify’s Home feed and Shortcuts experiences. Design and ship personalized recommendations at global scale, including content recommendation for emerging AI-powered user experiences. Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize large language models using SFT, distillation, and parameter-efficient approaches, while driving A/B testing and continuous optimization. Improve ML platform and production data pipelines, and mentor other ML engineers.
