Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform day-to-day Purchase to Pay activities including payments and account reconciliations.
  • •Reconcile invoices to purchase orders and handle error corrections related to purchase orders.
  • •Track PTP KPIs and ensure agreed procedures are maintained and adhered to within the team.
  • •Coach and mentor team members to support their learning and development.
  • •Support Accounts Payable process improvements, digitization, and process automation, and contribute to Regional Center of Excellence projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • •Preferably 2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable.
  • •Experience with account reconciliation and matching invoices to purchase orders.
  • •Experience working on Shared Services or a Regional Center of Excellence.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
