Senior Payment Operations Specialist

Support enterprise payment processing by executing and monitoring higher-risk, higher-complexity payment activities across multiple payment rails. Accurately process transactions, resolve advanced exceptions and returns, and meet deadlines while maintaining operational and regulatory compliance. Partner with branches, Treasury Management, Client Support, Risk, Compliance, and Operations leadership to research escalated issues and provide subject-matter support. Serve as an experienced individual contributor and resource for mentoring and knowledge transfer.
