Key Responsibilities

  • •Process, verify, and review payment transactions across multiple payment rails, including higher-risk and non-standard activity, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policies and limits.
  • •Perform advanced payment research and resolve complex exceptions or returns, escalating issues with clear documentation, analysis, and recommendations.
  • •Provide advanced operational support to internal customers and respond to escalated inquiries.
  • •Apply regulatory, compliance, fraud, and risk controls to payment processing, identifying trends and contributing to continuous improvement and procedure updates.
  • •Serve as a resource to teammates by sharing expertise, mentoring less-experienced staff, and supporting training or knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

  • •Entry to intermediate knowledge of electronic payment transactions, exception handling, transaction research, and customer account support within defined procedures.
