Job Summary

Loader role in Serco’s Breckland Environmental Services team, performing waste and recycling collection for Watton residents and businesses. You’ll complete pre-planned routes with the team, be the public face of the service, help keep the area clean and safe, and support delivering high levels of customer service in the community.

•Complete a pre-planned route with the driver and loaders in your team, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
•Be the public face of Serco’s Environmental Services team in the community.
•Contribute to keeping the area beautiful, safe and a clean place to live and work.
•Support a culture of high-quality customer service and teamwork within the Breckland unit.
•Maintain safety and efficiency during collection rounds and support colleagues to hit targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 26,378.33 annually

•Physically fit and healthy (this is a must, due to the nature of the work!)

•Ready to contribute to keeping streets, homes and businesses clean and safe
