As an assistant store manager, you’ll work closely with the store manager to drive sales performance and execute strategy through forecasting, planning, and KPI monitoring. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Coach standards, support omnichannel/clienteling and customer data collection, and lead hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of the team. You’ll also ensure compliant operations, loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and maintain brand standards across store and community touchpoints.
