  • •Develop and execute a strategic synchronization plan to grow the catalog’s visibility and long-term value.
  • •Identify, pitch, and secure synchronization opportunities for Latin and global repertoire in the U.S. Latin market.
  • •Negotiate and coordinate sync-related deals, including licensing, brand campaigns, and creative partnerships involving SMP songwriters.
  • •Evaluate incoming licensing requests to ensure alignment with contractual obligations, catalog strategy, and songwriter interests.
  • •Build and expand relationships with music supervisors and other industry partners; track market activity and performance data to maximize impact.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ expertise in synchronization across the U.S., Latin America, and globally.
  • •Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

  • •Strong relationship-building skills with music supervisors, agencies, production companies, networks, studios, labels, brands, and other industry partners.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher; must be authorized to work in the United States.
