Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead electrical engineering design and delivery for major building projects across multiple sectors.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentoring to electrical engineers and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • •Act as Project Manager or discipline lead to ensure delivery against programme, budget, and quality objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
  • •Support business development activities including client engagement, proposal preparation, fee development, and project interviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
  • •Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or actively working towards chartership through a recognised professional institution.
  • •Extensive experience in building services electrical engineering consultancy.
  • •Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on large, complex projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, electrical design standards, and relevant international codes, plus experience managing project finances/programmes and client relationships.
