Key Responsibilities

•Act as a Trusted Advisor, serving as the day-to-day technical lead and Cloudflare subject matter expert for operational best practices and security standards
•Optimize Application Services by tuning configurations and creating policies to maximize performance and security
•Manage Network Security for Network Services including Magic Transit and DDoS protection, ensuring stability and rapid incident response
•Drive Migration Excellence by translating legacy Akamai workflows into modern Cloudflare configurations
•Strategic Roadmap Alignment by collaborating with the customer to prepare their environment for future expansions into Developers Platform (Workers) and Zero Trust architecture

Key Requirements

•10+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Resident Engineer, or Professional Services Consultant in cloud networking, security, or web infrastructure
•3+ years hands-on experience mapping Akamai environments to Cloudflare, with the ability to translate legacy CDN/security features
•Application Security expertise with experience configuring WAF policies, Bot Management, and Page Shield
•Strong knowledge of network infrastructure including BGP, GRE/IPsec tunneling, and DDoS mitigation (Magic Transit)
•Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex concepts to engineers and executives
