Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor and technical leader to enterprise customers, providing best practices and strategic recommendations for Cloudflare solutions.
  • •Architect application security solutions using Cloudflare Workers to optimize and direct global traffic and support network security.
  • •Manage infrastructure as code and complex configurations using Terraform to maintain operational stability.
  • •Act as a liaison between customer needs and internal Cloudflare teams, advocating for requirements and influencing product roadmaps.
  • •Lead and participate in fast-moving technical discussions primarily via Slack, guiding customers through issues and supporting AI innovation and long-term initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of technical customer-facing experience as a technical architect/lead on complex enterprise projects in cloud networks, web infrastructure, or security.
