Key Responsibilities

  • •Support lot operations by preparing and staging vehicles for sale (stickering, marking on-site) and moving vehicles using a lot tow truck or forklift.
  • •Scan the lot and use electronic devices to record vehicle movement and maintain accurate inventory flow.
  • •Help with vehicle readiness tasks such as jumping vehicles, adding fluids, adding air to tires, and verifying vehicle status.
  • •Remove personal property from vehicles and assist with vehicle identification (mileage, make year, VIN) for accurate record-keeping.
  • •Maintain safe work areas, report incidents/hazards, and communicate with shop and operations teams to ensure efficient sale day flow.

Key Requirements

  • •18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license that meets the requirements.
  • •Able to safely drive tow trucks, forklifts, and the service truck across a variety of vehicle makes, models, and sizes.
  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Proficiency with computer systems and applications, and ability to scan the lot and record vehicle movement using electronic devices.
  • •Obtain and maintain forklift certification.
