Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Vice President Finance APAC to track and manage Finance team objectives and performance.
  • •Identify and track delivery/milestones for regional transversal Finance projects, working independently and in transversal teams.
  • •Act as the regional Finance focal point for global-wide Finance projects in collaboration with central Finance.
  • •Prepare dossiers, documents, and scorecards for management and relevant bodies, ensuring information is understandable, updated, consistent, synthesized, available, and archived.
  • •Create change and communication plans across multifunctional and multi-cultural contexts; handle incoming information, issues, and confidential matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Understanding of finance operations.
  • •Previous working experience in similar roles or in a leadership position supporting management.
  • •Strong business or finance acumen with a solid understanding of strategic concepts.
  • •Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and be an effective team player.
