Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project planning/scheduling support and manage a small team of planners.
  • •Develop project schedules in line with the project work breakdown structure and regularly update plans to support monitoring, forecasting, and control.
  • •Produce scheduling deliverables across pre-design, design, tender/award, procurement, construction, and completion to reflect project and contractual requirements.
  • •Analyze project requirements and create resource/cost loaded schedules, including resource histograms for manpower, material, and submittals.
  • •Coordinate and liaise with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities; review subcontractor schedules, run “what-if” scenarios, and prepare progress monitoring for monthly reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, with 5 years relevant experience.
  • •Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and principles of planning; familiarity with research and data collection practices.
  • •Experience with construction planning practices and local/international construction standards.
  • •Proficiency with planning/scheduling software such as Advance Primavera 6.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).
