Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker for the Key Private Client Program, building trusted relationships and delivering plan-based financial advice. Assess client needs, document financial information, and recommend investment and insurance solutions for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Create referral pipelines through prospecting and centers of influence, partner with branch and line-of-business teammates, and support branch operations while maintaining compliance and client experience standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by delivering plan-based financial advice and referring investment and insurance solutions.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities, assess client needs, gather and document client data, and recommend tailored products and services.
•Meet individual activity and outcome goals and build a client referral pipeline through disciplined prospecting and centers of influence.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services, including competitive offerings.
•Support branch operations as needed (including teller-line transactions), ensure compliance with operational/risk/security/audit procedures, and assist with branch meetings and Saturday coverage.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
•Demonstrated ability influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence (e.g., Key Investment Services, Mortgage, Business Banking).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows; Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
