Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while delivering a high-quality service experience. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and assisting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support new account openings and problem resolution, follow internal controls and risk management policies, and continuously build product and sales knowledge through training.
