Team Leader

Lead and support a team of pre-litigated motor claims handlers within Keoghs’ Liverpool operation. Drive achievement of team targets and operational measures while delivering quality service and ensuring client service compliance. Review, allocate, and approve claims based on value and complexity, and manage a small caseload (~50) of complex motor claims. Identify training needs, hold regular 1-2-1s, and help produce client, team, and sector analysis.
