Job Summary

Lead platform growth and operations by refining market performance monitoring frameworks and driving market growth through data analysis and market intelligence. Support regional driver and retention strategies, partner with the BI & Analytics team on scalable data and analytics, and run ongoing performance reviews to implement user promotions and engagement initiatives. Manage marketplace platform budgets for designated markets and collaborate with city and cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Continuously refine market performance monitoring frameworks and processes to drive market growth using data analysis and market intelligence.
•Develop and localize regional driver and user retention/growth strategies with market-specific action plans.
•Review long-term supply and demand growth and campaign effectiveness; collaborate with the BI & Analytics team on scalable data and analytics solutions.
•Conduct ongoing performance reviews and implement optimization initiatives (e.g., user promotions and engagement initiatives) for designated markets to maximize active user rates.
•Manage the online platform budget for designated markets and collaborate with city teams and other functional departments to meet business objectives.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in Operations or a similar analytical role in a high-growth start-up environment.
•Experience working with, analyzing, and presenting findings from large data sets.
•Proven track record of effective project management with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
•Ability to work effectively with cross-cultural and functional teams.
•Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Hindi is highly desirable.
