Key Responsibilities

  • •Process customer requests received via email and telephone in a timely manner.
  • •Enter and verify pricing and cartage rates on sales orders; maintain accurate customer records.
  • •Maintain tax exempt certificates and system status.
  • •Run and analyze reports to show pricing errors, and maintain system efficiency.
  • •Troubleshoot user-reported problems and work with inside sales teams; assist with inside sales duties as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in a Sales/Marketing role or equivalent customer service-focused position.
  • •Experience in construction material sales is preferred.
  • •Familiarity with Customer Relations Management (CRM), quote management systems, MS Office Excel, and company ERP software.
  • •Strong oral, verbal, and written communication skills to work with customers and teams.
  • •Ability to handle and analyze large amounts of data, identify pricing issues, and work toward solutions under deadline pressure.
