Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead portfolio-level capability assessments to identify technology gaps, emerging opportunities, and investment priorities.
  • •Develop portfolio analyses, recommendations, and decision-quality technical assessments to support executive leadership reviews and investment boards.
  • •Facilitate the Long-Range Planning process by integrating technical, business, and operational perspectives into technology investment strategy.
  • •Establish requirements traceability from strategic objectives through technology investments, development activities, and transition outcomes.
  • •Develop portfolio measures (MOEs/MOPs) and KPIs, and maintain portfolio management tools and data architectures using ATOMIC and Power BI.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience.
  • •Experience as an operations or configuration analyst.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Experience supporting technology capability development and investment planning.
  • •Ability to support short- and long-term planning of IRAD management and execution.
