Provide guest services at Coastal Credit Union Music Park by answering inbound calls and in-person inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining customer loyalty. Adapt to guest needs, solicit sales of additional services or products, and accurately record interactions and orders. Refer unresolved complaints to designated departments and support venue end-of-show tasks, including recycling and equipment handling.
