Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end risk strategy for Buy/Sell Crypto, including transaction risk control, fraud prevention, review workflows, and decision engines.
  • •Design and continuously optimize risk-control architecture, including rule engines, policy engines, model orchestration, and review systems.
  • •Independently analyze large-scale transaction and risk data to identify fraud patterns, emerging attack vectors, and optimization opportunities.
  • •Design, implement, and iterate risk policies using data-driven insights; define and optimize model policies, decision thresholds, confidence scores, and human-in-the-loop review.
  • •Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis, monitoring, A/B testing, and transforming manual review into LLM/AI Agent-powered intelligent review while partnering with Engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in Risk Strategy, Fraud Detection, Risk Product Management, Trust & Safety, or related fields.
  • •Strong experience designing transaction risk strategies, fraud detection systems, or review platforms.
  • •Strong SQL skills and hands-on data analysis ability; experience with Python or Spark is a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompt engineering, policy design, model evaluation) and experience designing AI Agent workflows or AI-assisted review systems.
