Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct company and industry research, build and maintain financial models and analytical frameworks, and analyze business fundamentals and competitive dynamics.
  • •Contribute to high-quality research publications in both English and Chinese.
  • •Leverage data, technology, and modern research tools to improve productivity and deepen analysis, including independently verifying sources.
  • •Evaluate information critically, challenge assumptions, and develop differentiated views supported by sound analysis and evidence.
  • •Collaborate effectively across the research platform (analysts, Sales, Corporate Access and stakeholders) while maintaining integrity, confidentiality and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong financial modelling, accounting and valuation skills with attention to detail.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with working knowledge of Bloomberg and/or Wind; ability to work with large datasets and modern analytical tools.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • •Intellectual curiosity and a passion for learning about how businesses, technologies and industries evolve.
  • •Integrity, sound judgement, and a strong sense of ownership, with rigorous thinking and strong ethics/compliance.
