Agentic Engineering Lead

Lead Truist’s enterprise agentic engineering organization, setting architecture standards and delivery practices for production AI agents and workflows. Own agentic architecture patterns across single- and multi-agent systems, prompt orchestration, tool calling, memory/session management, RAG, evaluation, observability, and governed deployment. Manage sprint execution, remove blockers, ensure safety/reliability, and drive hiring, coaching, performance management, and cross-functional alignment across product, data, platform, security, and QA.
