Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the agentic engineering function with executive leadership, organizational design, technical standards, and delivery accountability across agentic initiatives.
  • •Define and enforce agentic architecture patterns for single- and multi-agent systems, including prompt orchestration, tool-calling, memory/session management, RAG, evaluation, observability, and governed deployment.
  • •Drive delivery execution by managing sprint cadence, resolving complex blockers, enforcing quality/governance standards, and ensuring on-time shipment of production-ready AI agents.
  • •Build and develop the team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and investing in technical culture.
  • •Partner with technology, product, AI security, QA, and enablement leaders to align delivery with strategic priorities, enterprise security standards, and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •20+ years of experience in financial services, government, large consulting firms, or equivalent, focused on information security risk management.
  • •15+ years of prior management experience with a track record of team development and process improvements.
  • •15+ years of experience leading issue management and resolution of financial regulatory and internal risk partner findings.
  • •Extensive cybersecurity knowledge across areas such as Encryption, Data Security, Application Security, IAM, Network Security, and Cloud Security.
