On-site Service Engineer for Firefly’s fire protection solutions, supporting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of tailor-made systems across the US and Canada. Works with a team of Area Sales Managers and Technical Project Leaders, travels to customer sites, educates users on system functionality, and contributes to safety and reliability across industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on current systems on customer sites.
•Commission new systems and installations and educate customers in system functionality.
•Travel to customer sites across the US and Canada as part of a dedicated team.
•Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and Technical Project Leaders to deliver solutions.
•Maintain quality and safety standards while working with diverse industries.

Key Requirements

•At least upper secondary engineering education, or a few years’ experience within technical service.

•Experience from various industries is a plus.
