  • •Serve as a primary talent advisor to VPs and directors with data-driven insights for org design and multi-quarter hiring plans.
  • •Lead recruiting workflow operational excellence and ensure consistent evaluation and leveling using Career Level Guides.
  • •Drive long-term succession planning by identifying and engaging talent for critical roles of the future.
