Job Summary

Lead plant environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives while supporting safe, reliable, efficient manufacturing operations. Provide engineering support for equipment, facilities, utilities, and safety programs, including planning, budgeting, and execution of capital improvement projects. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety to improve equipment reliability, process performance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, including preventative/predictive maintenance, root cause investigations, and coordination with contractors.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage plant environmental compliance by monitoring KPIs, maintaining documentation, and supporting regulatory reporting and audits.
•Support capital improvement projects, including planning, budgeting, implementation, tracking, and completion.
•Administer and support plant safety programs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
•Provide engineering oversight for utility systems, facility infrastructure, and production support equipment to maximize reliability and efficiency.
•Coordinate preventative and predictive maintenance, including root cause investigations and corrective actions, to reduce downtime and improve process reliability.

Salary: USD 92,800 - 117,900 annually

•Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA safety requirements, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, and safe work procedures.
