Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive KPIs for the responsible area and shared KPIs to deliver products/projects on time with required quality standards and lowest possible cost.
  • •Execute production according to defined methods, procedures, work instructions (WI), and routings registered in the Pandora system.
  • •Monitor and report daily/weekly/monthly production activities and output versus plan/targets, analyzing issues on the spot and following up to ensure execution as planned.
  • •Ensure teams follow WI and Routing aligned with the production plan and manufacturing standards.
