Job Summary

Senior Associate - .NET role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, high-quality software across the enterprise using C#, .NET Core, React, and Azure. You’ll lead microservices and APIs, mentor engineers, champion TDD and CD, collaborate with architects and product/QA/DevOps, and drive secure, scalable solutions within a Scrum environment.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and development of secure, high-quality applications using C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and React; design, develop, and maintain microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers; champion TDD, automated testing, and continuous delivery; promote modern engineering practices.
•Collaborate with architects to evolve frameworks and reference architectures; work with product, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery pipelines; engage with vendors as needed.
•Partner with cloud engineering teams to deliver scalable Azure-based solutions and ensure secure coding standards and DevSecOps practices.
•Drive continuous improvement by experimenting with new technologies and contributing to architectural roadmaps and engineering standards.

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.
•Proficiency with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
•Experience building microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
•Cloud experience with Azure Functions and Azure components (or AWS/GCP equivalents).
•Strong understanding of Test Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and automated testing frameworks.
