Production supervisor

Oversee day-to-day production operations for multiple departments and shifts, balancing cost, profitability, and output goals. Lead, train, coach, and develop employees while managing inventory and ensuring compliance with UFP policies, procedures, and applicable law. Drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives, participate in the Safety Committee, prepare reports, and evaluate performance. May also support hazardous material handling and forklift operations when assigned.
