Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build secure, scalable AI capabilities for use across the group, packaged as reusable components and accelerators for portfolio teams.
  • •Implement production-ready AI patterns including model routing/fallback, prompt caching/context management, retrieval and grounding, evaluation harnesses, and AI-native observability.
  • •Embed responsible AI guardrails such as input/output filtering and secure handling of data, secrets, and model access, and reduce risks like hallucination, bias, and prompt injection.
  • •Integrate managed AI services across AWS, Azure, and GCP into business-critical solutions across planning, development, deployment, release, hyper-care, and operations.
  • •Collaborate with teams on technical design reviews, drive engineering practices and automation (including test-driven development and agile), and manage/mentor software engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent).
  • •Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • •Experience developing advanced/complex software solutions for large organizations in a multi-functional environment.
  • •Practical experience building with LLMs/SLMs/open-weight models (prompt engineering/caching, RAG/vector search, MCP tool integration, agent frameworks, evaluation, and production observability).
  • •Hands-on experience with AI services on at least one hyperscaler (AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI/AI Search, or GCP Vertex AI/Gemini) and experience across two or all three as a strong advantage.
