Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with multiple workstreams within a larger transformation program and support project management activities, milestones, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories for the development team.
  • •Support design, definition, and harmonization of role-based user journeys to deliver a seamless experience across customer-facing functions.
  • •Create and maintain communication and enablement materials (presentations, training content, user guides, release communications).
  • •Maintain ONE360 SharePoint and Wiki pages, publish release notes, and support platform configuration and administration tasks.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences (preferably Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or related).
  • •Basic understanding of project management principles and coordinating tasks across cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills for working with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • •Experience with SharePoint and Wiki administration, including content creation, editing, and maintenance.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a strong advantage.
