Lead strategic sourcing and procurement for Fulfilled by TikTok’s US warehousing and logistics infrastructure. Own sourcing strategies for multi-year leases, facility build-outs, MHE, and contingent labor—driving market analysis, RFx execution, and total cost modeling. Manage complex multi-year contract negotiations with Legal, oversee contract lifecycle management, and build supplier governance and performance/risk frameworks. Collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and EHS to scale the network while controlling costs.

•Develop and execute sourcing strategies for warehouse leases, facility build-outs, MHE, and contingent warehouse labor.
•Run end-to-end RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), including requirements, evaluation criteria, supplier communications, and scoring.
•Lead commercial negotiations for high-value, multi-year agreements and manage contract terms and risk mitigation.
•Establish and manage contract lifecycle management (CLM), including performance tracking, change orders, and renewals.
•Serve as the primary procurement partner for strategic suppliers, managing governance, business reviews, and supplier risk and compliance.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
•5+ years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience focused on indirect categories like warehousing, logistics, industrial real estate, or construction.
•Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and manage multi-million dollar contracts end-to-end.
•Experience across the strategic sourcing lifecycle, including category strategy, market analysis, RFx execution, and supplier performance management.
•Willingness to travel to project sites as needed (up to 25%).
