Job Summary

Drive new customer acquisition and upsell existing hotel clients for a leading open hotel commerce platform. Own sales KPIs and targets, prepare accurate quotes and negotiate contracts, and maintain CRM records to move clients into subscriptions. Provide product feedback to the Product Team and support partner management with local industry groups and travel associations. Receive a month-long SaaS sales training program, plus coaching from a sales coach, buddy, and team manager.

Key Responsibilities

•Create new sales opportunities and upsell current customers.
•Achieve sales KPIs and targets by finalizing sales on time and identifying upgrade opportunities.
•Prepare quotes and develop and present proposals; negotiate contracts as needed.
•Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system and ensure documentation is complete post-sale for trials and subscriptions.
•Provide client feedback to the Product Team and support partner management with local industry groups and travel associations, including occasional travel to client locations.
