Warehouse Lead

Lead production line work that supports safe, high-quality meat processing for the consumer. Operate with hand tools, knives (if trained), and machinery while helping the management team understand full line operations. Support training and development of production employees, maintain a safe and efficient work environment, and meet safety, quality, and teamwork standards. The role is physically demanding, shift-based, and may require overtime based on production demands.
