Job Summary

Lead the execution of Athene’s New Business organization, including New Business Processing, Suitability, and the New Business Hybrid Contact Center. Drive operational excellence through efficient, compliant, customer-focused service while optimizing end-to-end processes and improving agent and policyholder experience. Use KPIs, data and analytics, and automation to improve performance, scalability, and productivity. Partner cross-functionally and develop managers to deliver strategic change and responsibly adopt AI-enabled capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead New Business Processing, Suitability, and Hybrid Contact Center operations to achieve service, quality, productivity, compliance, and customer experience objectives.
•Develop and execute operational strategies to improve end-to-end new business processes and enhance producer and policyholder experiences.
•Monitor operational performance using KPIs and data/analytics, driving continuous improvement, automation, and scalable solutions.
•Build cross-functional partnerships with Distribution, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Finance, and Workforce Management to deliver strategic initiatives.
•Lead, coach, and develop managers, champion change management, and drive responsible adoption of AI-enabled capabilities while maintaining governance, risk management, and compliance.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of formal or informal leadership in insurance, annuities, financial services, or related operations.
•Demonstrated expertise leading New Business Operations, Suitability, Contact Center Operations, or similar insurance operations with a track record of operational excellence and process optimization.
•Proven ability to lead large-scale operational change and influence cross-functional stakeholders while developing high-performing leaders.
•Experience leveraging technology, workflow automation, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven decision making for scalability and customer experience.
•Strong knowledge of insurance operations, regulatory requirements, operational risk management, and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
