Job Summary

Shape Delivery Hero’s international strategy across 70+ markets by cascading global priorities, incorporating local insights, and aligning strategy with P&L and portfolio management. •Define and cascade Delivery Hero’s strategy to 70+ markets, incorporating local insights into the global strategy.
•Support P&L and portfolio management actions globally and regionally, ensuring alignment between strategy and P&L.
•Prioritize and execute value creation and performance improvement initiatives in collaboration with regional/local teams.
•Act as the key point of contact between HQ and regional/local management entities.
•Own sourcing and distributing best practices across 70+ countries and translate data into executive recommendations.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of professional experience (excluding internships/traineeships) in management consulting, investment banking, and/or business development/strategy in a fast-paced tech company.
•At least 3 years of experience at a top-tier global management consulting firm.
•Comfort modeling complex business and financial scenarios and leveraging data to make recommendations and decisions.
•Excellent communication skills in English and a track record of working with and influencing C-level executives.
•Collaborate across stakeholders globally, build trusting relationships across seniority levels, and bring an ownership/hand-on mindset.
