Job Summary

Identify, develop, and secure major programme and advisory opportunities across Turner & Townsend’s Global Energy & Natural Resources sector. Drive growth across Oil & Gas, LNG, Nuclear, Clean/Low Carbon Energy, Power Generation and grids, and Mining through strategic account planning, executive client engagement, and leadership of complex pursuits from early engagement to contract award. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline while supporting capture strategy, commercial negotiations, and successful transitions to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, develop, and secure major opportunities across the Energy & Natural Resources sector globally.
•Build and maintain a pipeline of programme management, project controls, cost management, commercial management, and advisory opportunities.
•Develop and execute strategic account plans and executive-level relationships with owners, operators, developers, investors, utilities, governments, and sponsors.
•Lead strategic pursuits from early engagement through qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract award.
•Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, supporting pricing and contractual positioning while aligning with risk and profitability objectives.

Key Requirements

•Significant business development experience within Energy & Natural Resources, infrastructure, professional services, consultancy, engineering, or project delivery environments.
•Demonstrated success originating and securing major capital programmes, projects, or framework agreements.
•Deep sector knowledge across one or more: Oil & Gas, LNG, Nuclear, Clean & Low Carbon Energy, Power Generation, Power Transmission & Distribution, Mining.
•Proven ability to develop and maintain executive-level client relationships.
•Experience leading complex pursuits, proposals, and commercial negotiations in international and multi-stakeholder environments.
