Catering Site Supervisor (QA)

Oversee construction projects for catering operations by supervising the construction team and subcontractors, inspecting sites for safety hazards, and enforcing accident and safety protocols. Manage day-to-day coordination including maintaining employee attendance records, evaluating performance and applying disciplinary measures, and analyzing blueprints to ensure work meets design, safety, and budget requirements. Support efficient operations by recommending process changes and leveraging ERP knowledge (SAP preferred) for planning and resource management.
