Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  • •Supervise and instruct the construction team and subcontractors.
  • •Educate site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol, and enforce site safety rules.
  • •Handle site accidents according to established accident protocol and maintain accurate attendance records.
  • •Analyze blueprints to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications and recommend changes to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, is required to be successful in the role.
  • •Ability to manage employees and resourcing temporary help, with strong attention to detail.
  • •Knowledge of business budgeting and organizing scheduling and budgets.
  • •Physical stamina and administrative ability, including basic IT literacy.
  • •Member of an FM Lead Body (IWFM / IFMA etc.) in a related field.
