Key Responsibilities

•Use a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and productivity tools (Microsoft Suite, Google Suite) to support daily maintenance work.
•Identify and troubleshoot material handling equipment impacting facility product flow.
•Perform routine repairs and scheduled preventive/predictive maintenance to meet equipment uptime requirements.
•Complete tasks involving 3-phase electrical systems under 600 volts, including drive unit and component rebuilds.
•Develop and maintain positive cross-functional relationships to improve occupancy experience, operating efficiency, and site reliability.
