Key Responsibilities

  • •Successfully complete a driver training program.
  • •Follow required safety procedures while driving and delivering feed, including loading and unloading with animal welfare as the foremost concern.
  • •Comply with all DOT rules and regulations and report all accidents promptly through proper authorities.
  • •Comply with rules set forth by the receiving agent and follow the emergency notification process by knowing who to contact.
  • •Perform physical driving and equipment tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, operating a manual transmission tractor, and hooking up trailers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • •Current Class A CDL.
  • •At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (CDL training program requires CDL class A with 1 year commercial driving experience).
  • •Must be at least 21 years old with an acceptable driving record.
  • •Ability to obtain a DOT medical card upon hire and work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, and holidays).
