Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Use hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology to diagnose and repair HVAC units while following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Work with internal and external partners across new facility setups and existing facility retrofits.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime/weekends and occasional overnight stays while enforcing safety and recording asset use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required, typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school or formal training preferred).

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
