Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery of certification projects across BREEAM and other schemes such as LEED, WELL, DREAM and Fitwel.
•Oversee project delivery to ensure quality, programme and commercial objectives are met.
•Act as a trusted advisor to clients and design teams, helping to navigate complex certification requirements to develop integrated, practical solutions.
•Mentor and develop junior team members, contributing to capability growth across the team.
•Take ownership of key client relationships and identify opportunities to add value using the sustainability framework.

Key Requirements

•A relevant degree in sustainability, environmental science or built environment, with accreditation including BREEAM New Construction Assessor (or equivalent) and BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) as a minimum.
•Deep technical expertise in BREEAM, with a track record of leading projects through certification and engaging with BRE.
•Strong advisory skills to clients and design teams, helping navigate complex certification requirements to develop integrated, practical solutions.
•Experience mentoring and developing others within a team environment.
•Commercial mindset with practical understanding of building design, scope, fee and value management.
