Job Summary

Lead performance analyses for Podcasts, using audience deep dives and data analysis to shape content decisions. Drive deal analysis supporting content negotiations from pitch through renewal, and spearhead special projects for senior leaders. Scope and run cross-functional workflows and documentation to track operational status, monitor portfolio performance, and recommend content investment priorities while partnering with Content, Finance, Business Affairs, Data Science, Product, and more.

•Lead performance analyses for Podcasts, including audience deep dives and data analysis to inform content decisions
•Lead deal analysis to support content negotiations from deal pitch/sourcing through renewal
•Spearhead special projects for senior leaders, developing recommendations on programming and operational issues, especially for new business development
•Scope, launch, and lead cross-functional workflows and documentation tracking operational status of key Podcast content

Key Requirements

•4-7+ years of relevant work experience with an MBA preferred
•Deep passion for content, especially podcasts and new content areas such as digital native creators
•Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive insight and results
•Experience in entertainment / investment banking / management consulting / media-focused technology (podcasts experience a plus)
•Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly convey complex analysis to executives and senior management
