Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day systems development and maintenance to meet SLAs and improve time to market.
  • •Own full systems development life cycle, producing requirements, use cases, technical artifacts, test strategy/design, benchmarking, and release/deployment plans with contingencies.
  • •Develop secure, scalable, maintainable Java-based solutions and apply automated testing, code quality, delivery, and monitoring best practices.
  • •Mentor senior and junior engineers via technical advice, UML documentation, and code reviews.
  • •Troubleshoot production incidents, run PoCs and collaborate on vendor solution selection, and conduct security/compliance walkthroughs across the SDLC.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse, geographically distributed teams.
  • •Deep knowledge of software development processes, including Agile and test-driven development.
  • •Experience designing and developing complex, multi-tier software solutions.
  • •Broad technical expertise using Java/JEE and Spring Framework (including Spring Boot).
  • •Proficiency with Linux/shell scripting and SQL/PL-SQL, plus experience with extreme performance or NoSQL storage systems.
